By accessing and using the Al Fatiha Health website (alfatihahealth.co.uk) or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Al Fatiha Health offers the following services:

  • Ruqyah Shariah — spiritual healing for women only
  • Hijama (cupping) therapy — for men and women (separate days)
  • Islamic counselling — for women only
  • Sale of organic herbal health products via our online shop

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Products & Orders

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders. Product descriptions are provided in good faith but may be subject to change. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Standard shipping applies to all orders delivered to UK mainland addresses only. Orders to other locations may incur additional shipping charges.

4. Appointments & Bookings

When booking appointments for Ruqyah, Hijama, or Islamic Counselling:

  • Ruqyah and Islamic Counselling sessions are available to female clients only
  • A female chaperone is required for in-person Ruqyah appointments
  • Appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee
  • Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings
  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

5. Medical & Health Disclaimer

Al Fatiha Health provides holistic, faith-based health services and herbal products. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your GP or qualified healthcare provider for any medical condition.

Ruqyah Shariah is a means of shifa'a (healing), but healing occurs only by the will of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes from any of our services.

Our herbal products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication, consult your doctor before using any herbal products.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Al Fatiha Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

7. Refunds & Returns

For herbal products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the product is unopened and in its original condition. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty. For service bookings, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Al Fatiha Health and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
