Hijama
Therapy
An ancient prophetic practice — Sunnah cupping therapy performed by qualified, insured therapists. Separate days and facilities for men and women.
"I did not pass by any group on the night when I was taken on the night journey (Isra), but they (the Angels) said to me, O Muhammad, tell your Ummah to do cupping."
— Sunnan Ibn Majah
Ancient Sunnah Healing Therapy
Hijamah is a Sunnah. Also known as wet cupping or medicinal bleeding, it is an ancient form of therapy where blood is drawn by suction from small incisions made on the skin.
This technique is believed to promote healing by increasing blood flow and potentially removing impurities from the body.
How the Process Works
Consultation
A pre-session consultation to understand your health needs and determine appropriate cupping points.
Cup Application
Cups are applied to create suction on specific areas of the body to draw blood to the surface.
Small Incisions
Small, precise cuts are made before reapplying the cups to extract stagnant blood from the body.
Aftercare Guidance
Full aftercare instructions provided to ensure a smooth recovery and maximise the benefits of therapy.
